  • If the product is not in its original condition (used, damaged, or missing parts), we may decline the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • At Gripnox, we cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
